**The Confirmation List is manually updated once daily. Players are notified on the day if they are still on the waiting list.
Waiting list players will be automatically credited if unable to attend. If a spot becomes vacant within 24 hours of the session, the player on the waiting list will be notified (via email and/or mobile) to confirm spot.

Players may pullout before the payment deadline without any penalties (day before session at 12:00am).
Late cancellations (before 11:30am day of session) will only be accepted if within reasonable circumstances. OVC has the discretion to reject late cancellations if proven to be frequent and/or without adequate reasons.
All payments (for players who cancel or remain on the waiting list) will be automatically credited towards the account paid on. Any requests for refunds will incur a 2.9% administrative fee.
